Sesame Dressing

This dressing will add an Asian flare to your salads. I love using this dressing with heartier vegetables like cabbage, broccoli and carrots. Create a delicious slaw with shredded carrots, cabbage and scallions. Then add this dressing to it. YUM!

Makes one cup

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari

2 Tbsp sesame oil

4 Tbsp rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar

1/4 olive oil or avocado oil

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp sesame seeds

2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, olive oil, honey and sesame seeds into a mason jar with lid and shake well until all ingredients mixed well.

2. Taste and add honey or salt if needed

3. Add the cilantro and stir in to the dressing.

4. Dressing will keep for 3-4 days in fridge.
