Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw cashews ( can be soaked for a few hours if time permits)
1/2 cup filtered water/spring water
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons unpasteurized honey
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions:
1. Using a high speed blender combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for a couple hours to allow to firm up
3. Remove from fridge and enjoy!
